The list price and the price you pay are clearly displayed. The prices are generally 10% to 45% off of the list price. Contractors, OEM's, distributors, and other high volume users can qualify for a better discount. Call to see if you qualify.

Unless otherwise specified, all items are shipped via UPS Orange. You will be notified by email when your order ships. The email includes the UPS tracking number and a link to the UPS Tracking page.

All items in stock are shipped the same day or the next business day. Items not in stock are shipped within 3-5 days.

We pay the freight for orders over $1,500 shipped via standard UPS ground. For orders less than $1,500 and for orders shipped via an alternate method, you will be billed for the freight.

For those of you who purchase on a regular basis, we want to make sure we are giving you the correct pricing. We also want to know who is shopping our site. But don't worry, we WILL NOT sell your information or share it with anyone. We only use it internally.

To log in, simply click on the link to the upper right portion of the page. When prompted, enter your user id and password. If you do not have one, click on the link to create a web profile. It is easy to do and only takes a few seconds. Again, your information is held in strict confidence.

Orders less than $25 are subject to a $5 small order charge. The free freight offer is limited to credit card orders shipped via UPS ground.

All returns must be approved in advance by calling 510/486-9015 or email to Jeff Kaufman. Returns do to our mistake are gladly accepted. Other returns may be subject to a restocking charge between 10% and 30% depending on the items being returned. All returns must be in brand new, resalable condition.
